Welcome to Applog (together with its mobile applications, collectively “Applog”).
Applog Inc. (the “Company” or “we”) owns Applog and takes your privacy and security seriously. The company provides this Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) to explain the ways in which the Company collects, stores, and uses your personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”).
By using Applog in any way, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.As used in this Privacy Policy, the words “you” and “your” refer to you personally or, if you access Applog on behalf of a company or entity, that company or entity. The Company reserves the right to revise this Privacy Policy at any time by updating this document. Upon such update, you will be alerted to the change through a notification through Applog’s communication channels. Do we collect information from children?
No person under the age of 18 may use Applog. In addition, the Company does not do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children younger than 13 years of age. If you believe we have Personal Information about a child younger than 13, please contact us at contact@Applog.com.
We will promptly investigate and delete any such Personal Information we identify.
What Personal Information do we collect?
(a) Information you use to register for a User Account, as that term is defined in the Applog Terms of Service. This includes your name, email address, mobile phone number, and information related to your company or anticipated usage.
(c) Information about your mobile device or computer if you access our websites. This includes your IP address, referring page information, and site activity information. This information may be collected from cookies, web beacons, or heat maps. You may be able to disable cookies by adjusting the cookies setting in your web browser or mobile device. Please note that disabling cookies may disable certain functions in Applog.
(d) Information you submit to Applog to plan routes or otherwise receive services.
(e) GPS information from connected devices using Applog mobile app.
(f) Information you submit to use when you contact the Company for customer or technical support.
How do you use Personal Information?
The Company uses Personal Information primarily to provide the Applog services and to optimize our software. Specifically, we may use your Personal Information to:
(a) Provide route optimization and mapping services and provide the other services offered by Applog or the Company.
(b) Process subscription payments.
(c) Provide customer and technical support as requested by you.
(d) Send you occasional emails or text messages with important Company or Applog information. We may also send you emailed newsletters, which you can opt-out.
(e) Optimize Applog and analyze our usage.
(f) Enforce our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
(g) Comply with legal requests and requirements as applicable to the Company or Applog.
How do you keep Personal Information secure?
We take your security and privacy very seriously. We use encryption technology for certain Personal Information and utilize other safeguards.

However, we cannot guarantee that your Personal Information won’t be stolen, hacked, or intercepted while being transmitted. You may access, correct, amend, or delete routes and visits by accessing it within Applog. You control all that content you upload. Content you delete (including Content containing personal information) may be retained in archived or backup copies in order to enable you to use certain features like revision history and base snapshots.
